Golden Dawn is a small residential property in the busy Warrens Commercial District that is currently being converted into a building for use in the delivery of health services. The significance of the project within our portfolio is the absolute transformation in character the building will undergo in response to the project brief.

 The project also exemplifies the use of AECOsim Building Designer in “small scale” construction which is contrary to perceptions in the US and UK building industries on who and what the technology is designed to satisfy.
