The new workshop building for the Barbados National Oil Company Ltd. was part of the redevelopment of the BNOC’s Plant at St Patricks, Christ Church and consists of a mechanical and a plumbing workshop complete with a heavy gantry crane, welding bays, staff washroom facilities, offices for workshop and field staff , a briefing/lecture room and other associated accommodations.

The Workshop is a Green Building. It has a roof top PV Cell, its AC System is powered by natural gas, uses rain water in its operations and uses a range of technologies to minimise the use of power.
